    Early weather warning alerts such as floods and landslides is still a significant issue due to unexpected heavy rainfall. Although the recent development of IoT technology expects us to use the systems, there are some subjects, such as the scalability and reliability of IoT sensors. Therefore, this paper proposes the Early Weather Warning System with real-time monitoring with many IoT sensors considering scalability and reliability. In the proposed methods, first of all, many IoT sensors are connected by the Enhanced MQTT method, which is based on the priority of the abnormal observed data. Secondly, IoT data is classified using the proposed MQTT-Drain methods for quick log parsing. Then, the abnormal detections are confirmed by the Dynamic Critical Line algorithm with a cloud-based weather forecasting service and real-time IoT data. For the evaluations, this paper discusses the possibility of the Dynamic Critical Line algorithm by simulating the case of the overflood disaster caused by Typhoon No. 10 in 2016, and future studies are also presented in this paper.
